Some bitten chocolates I made a looooong time ago that I figured I should upload.
I really like the coconut one except the old glaze i used to use was doing weird stuff here. Wasn't coating very evenly. :icongrumpplz:.

Could I ask you one little thing; if you don't mind? I was actually wondering how you cut the chocolate bites without squishing it down. Like when you press something down on it, doesn't the chocolate part get a little mixed in with the filling? That's what always happens to me. Do you freeze it before cutting or what? I'm a little confused. Thanks. Tah tah!

You can either put it in the freezer for just a couple minutes and that will help it retain its shape, I tend to do that with cakes, but I didn't do that here because the brown clay i use isn't very soft so it doesn't really smush that much XD. It can also really help if whatever tool you're using to cut it is really nice and sharp.
