haha, well I'm glad is so deceiving ;P.

This guy was actually pretty simple to make, I just cut out the shape of the bunny from a tan-ish piece of coloured clay, added a tiny bit of texture with a rolled up piece of tinfoil then added pastels to get the baked look and ta-dah!

with chalk pastels :D, I shave them off into a little palette with a xacto knife and then brush the dust on with a really soft and loose paint brush.

Had to double take when I saw this with the background image as well. You should be very happy how it turned out, if it wasn't for the headpin, I would have been fooled. The cooked effect, you pulled that off really well.

Yes, maybe you should check out the Miffy animation, it's so adorable. You could try making her entire family in cookie form. :D

Pretty! The only critique I have is it looks like there are two little animal hairs/eyelashes/something stuck to him. Gotta watch out for those, no one wants a hairy cookie.

But other than that, this looks amazingly real. If it hadn't been in my semi-sweeties box, I'd have thought it a real cookie.

Yah, they're just surface lint so they would brush off pretty easily, I just didn't notice them with my naked eye before I took the picture with the macro lens XP and Thank~you!

Oh, phew! You're luckier than I am, then. It always ends up that I've baked animal hair or lint INTO my creations, and then I am sad.

that's always the worst, you have to set up a sterilized room and go in with hazmat suits when working with white clay XD, it's a nightmare to keep clean.
